The security fixes include the problem of deleting files that are synced locally in OneDrive. If you have already installed this update, the new update KB5011493 only downloads and installs the missing features and security fixes. This update will be available immediately on Windows Update, Windows Update for Business and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). You can go to the Windows Settings –> Windows Update to install the new update. Rollback/Remove Windows 11 Cumulative Update
If you do not wish to keep the installed update for some reason, you can always roll back to the previous build of the OS. However, this can only be performed within the next 10 days after installing the new update. To roll back after 10 days, you will need to apply this trick.
